- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the time the package arrives.
- An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any exchanges/returns.
- Please allow approximately 7 business days to process your return AFTER it has been received by TinSignsAmerica.

Return Instructions:
Please return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for item’s return to TinSignsAmerica. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You may also opt for store credit.
